- 1-1/2 cashews
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- pinch on paprika
- 2 tablespoons of your choice of hot sauce or salsa
- 1 tablespoon onlive oil (optional for blending)
- slowly add hot water to get desired consistency, start with 1/2 cup.
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients.
Serve on pizza crust, or macaroni, or use as a queso dip.
